Semen Retention I practiced semen retention thinking that will improve my health. I am sharing my experience. Life is lifeless without semen retention. Don’t kill the Goose that lays golden egg. It is a misconception that our performance in work will increase by Semen retention. The semen becomes thick like gum after six months. Our creativity will improve for sure. There will be changes in our work. One of the advantages of semen retention is that our craving for sugar, milk, oil and protein diet will naturally come down. We may not want to eat more than three times a day, that too only an ordinary meal. We may have wonderful life experiences through vision, touching our body parts etc. Our body becomes sensitive like a women’s body depicted in film this way.
